About Us

CEWD members are diverse in geographic regions and size and represent public, private and government owned utilities. Membership also encompasses each of the major national utility associations: Edison Electric Institute, American Gas Association, Nuclear Energy Institute , and the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, as well as, regional associations:  the Midwest ENERGY Association and the Northwest Public Power Association. Workforce Systems and Government Agencies as well as secondary and post secondary educational institutions may become educational members by recommendation of a sponsoring member utility.  Educational members agree to share information on curriculum, structure and results for individual programs.
